The Downey Agency is hiring a personal lines property and casualty insurance salesperson to grow the agency one customer relationship at a time through proactive lead generation and guided insurance purchases. Join the Downey Agency, a reputable insurance agency that is now hiring a personal lines property and casualty insurance salesperson.

As an insurance agent, you will help grow our agency one customer relationship at a time. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and guiding them through the insurance purchasing process. We are seeking someone who is positive, inviting, and motivated to exceed sales targets.

If you have experience serving and working with people, possess excellent communication skills and you're highly motivated to earn well, we want to hear from you! Join our team at the Downey Agency and take the next step in your insurance sales career.

If you sell an average of 40 items per month (autos, homes, renters, PUPs, etc) you would make an average of about $80K/year in salary plus commissions, before including bonuses and benefits. If you average selling 30+ items a month over a quarter, you will be eligible to work from home as long as you maintain that level of productivity.

Century Club (100 items/month) salespersons would earn an average of $205K/yr, in addition to bonuses and benefits.
