Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Risk & Insurance Coordinator to support risk management and insurance programs across real estate, construction, and operations. You will manage COIs, review contract insurance language, and maintain tracking systems while coordinating with brokers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years in risk/insurance coordination, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication to ensure compliance and timely reporting across multiple business units.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in risk management, insurance coordination, or related fields.
• Experience reviewing and interpreting COIs, insurance requirements, and contract language.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) by collecting, reviewing, tracking, and ensuring contract compliance.
• Review lease, subcontract, and vendor agreements for insurance language and coverage gaps.
• Maintain COI tracking systems and provide compliance reporting to stakeholders.
• Track performance and renewals of surety bonds and related project requirements.
• Coordinate with brokers, carriers, sureties, adjusters, and internal teams on insurance matters.
• Support claims intake and status tracking for property, liability, auto, and workers’ compensation.
• Maintain loss data, claims logs, and TIV schedules for assets and projects.
• Assist with renewals by gathering underwriting information and submissions.
