Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Insurance Risk Manager to oversee complex risk management programs for a leading commercial real estate organization. You will drive insurance renewals, claims management, and compliance while coordinating with brokers, carriers, and internal teams.

The role requires 5+ years in risk management, strong relationship and communication skills, and ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and related experience.
• 5+ years of Risk Management and Insurance industry experience.
• Strong relationship management with brokers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving and collaboration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business software.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Advanced degree and professional insurance certifications (CPCU/ARM/AIC).
• Captive insurance management experience (831(b) and 831(a)).
• Executive lines insurance, including Cyber, D&O, Crime; complex liability and fatality claims experience.
• Large property loss claim management and recovery negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day insurance and risk management activities across the organization.
• Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, brokers, carriers, and third parties.
• Lead annual renewal efforts, including submissions, strategy, and relationship management.
• Conduct risk assessments for new locations, projects, and ventures; coordinate claims administration.
• Develop safety and risk control programs; collaborate with finance, legal, operations, and leadership.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, carriers, adjusters, and internal stakeholders.
