This on-site role offers hands-on training, a clear path for career growth, and a Mon-Fri schedule with straight commission. First-year on-target earnings range from $50,000 to $70,000, reflecting your performance and market opportunity.

Qualifications

• Must hold Virginia Property & Casualty or Life & Health license.
• 1–3 years of revenue generation experience.
• 1–3 years of business development experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Highly motivated, coachable, and open to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Develop client relationships and assess insurance needs.

• Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions.

• Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge and meet client demands effectively.
• Education: Maintain up-to-date Continuing Education and knowledge of new products.

Requirements

• Licensing: Must have a Property & Casualty license or Life & Health license in Virginia prior to your start date.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of revenue generation experience.
• Business Development: 1 to 3 years of business opportunity creation and development experience.
• Communication: History of providing exceptional customer service and client relationship management through excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Motivation: Highly motivated, coachable and open to constructive feedback to improve performance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual: Must Be able to read, write, and speak Spanish fluently.
