Qualifications

• Willing to obtain Property & Casualty License and Life & Health License in Virginia before start date.
• 1–3 years of revenue generation experience.
• 1–3 years of business opportunity creation and development experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Motivated, coachable and open to constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Bilingual: read, write, and speak Spanish fluently.
• Hold Virginia Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.

• Communication: History of providing exceptional customer service and client relationship management through excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
