Provide counsel on coverage issues under:

Professional Liability (E&O)

General Liability (CGL)

Directors and Officers (D&O) Insurance Policies

Draft and argue pleadings and dispositive motions

Conduct and manage discovery, including depositions

Make court appearances as required

Manage client communications and case strategy independently

Participate in business development and client relationship efforts

Requirements

4 to 7 years of litigation experience

Strong background in insurance coverage law

Demonstrated ability to handle depositions, motion practice, and court appearances

Experience with managing cases and communicating directly with clients

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Education

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar

Eligibility for admission in jurisdiction of office location (if not already admitted)
