The successful candidate will join a top-tier insurance and reinsurance litigation team, recognized for handling complex, high-exposure disputes involving leading insurers across the country. This role is open to attorneys based in any U.S. location, with remote work arrangements available.

Duties
Represent insurers in high-value insurance and reinsurance litigation matters
Provide strategic advice on coverage issues involving:
Professional Liability (E&O)
General Liability (CGL)
Draft and argue dispositive motions and pleadings
Manage discovery, including written discovery and depositions
Appear in court for hearings, motion practice, and, where applicable, trial
Interact with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel on case strategy and resolution
Support client relationship development and contribute to business development initiatives
Requirements
4–7 years of litigation experience with a focus on insurance coverage
Deep understanding of liability insurance and reinsurance products
Experience managing complex litigation independently
Demonstrated ability to handle pleadings, motions, discovery, and depositions
Strong client service orientation and ability to contribute to client development
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based, fast-paced environment
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited ABA law school
Certifications
Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Admission (or eligibility for admission) to practice in the state where the candidate will be based
Skills
Excellent legal research and writing capabilities
Strategic thinker with high-level problem-solving skills
Effective oral advocacy and negotiation abilities
Capable of balancing multiple matters simultaneously
