Jwanaix Group is seeking a high-energy Recruiting & Agency Growth Specialist in Orlando to expand our insurance agent team. The role entails proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, and managing a robust recruiting pipeline to convert qualified prospects into active agents.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3+ years in recruiting, strong CRM lead-management experience, and the ability to build relationships in a fast-growing insurance environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM/lead-management systems.
• Sales experience and ability to follow up persistently with candidates.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract prospective insurance agents.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain recruiting pipeline and follow-up schedules.
• Move candidates through licensing/onboarding steps.
• Build referral relationships and sourcing opportunities.
• Provide weekly recruiting pipeline updates.
