Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable, customer-focused receptionist to join our team! This is a great opportunity with a well-established, Five Star Accredited Insurance Agency, voted as one of the Best Agencies to Work for through the Insurance Journal. Your main objective will be to provide our clients with excellent service, support our agents by handling phone calls, checking emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate department. The ideal candidate will be organized, positive, and proactive in problem-solving.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors warmly and helpfully
  • Assist clients in navigating the office
  • Answer phones professionally and route calls appropriately
  • Monitor and respond to emails
  • Schedule appointments
  • Support administrative tasks such as copying, faxing, note-taking, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare meeting and training rooms
  • Sort and distribute mail
Experience:
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated team player
