• Provides feedback and performance results to the Department Manager on a monthly basis.
• Creates training schedules and recommends training modules to improve performance.
• Cross-trains team members in other departments on various tasks.
• Identifies training gaps and implements corrective actions.
• Provides onboard training for new hires.
• Acts as a liaison on internal company audits and coordinates with administration for audit materials.
• Meets deadlines and communicates effectively with internal and external staff.
• Maintains thorough knowledge of company policies and products.
