Job summary

OSTTRA Group is seeking a Quality Control - Manager Quality Assurance to lead the organization in maintaining ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards. You will drive audits, CAPA processes, and supplier collaboration to ensure top quality products while supporting environmental objectives.

The role requires 3–5 years in quality/manufacturing supervision, strong communication, and hands-on ERP experience with Syteline. Travel may be required. This is a full-time on-site position in Noblesville, Indiana.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering or Technology

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 QMS
• Lead quality audits with suppliers and customers
• Coordinate quality improvements and CAPA systems
• Oversee ERP/software development for QA categories
• Manage QA engineers, technicians and returns programs
• Visit customers to review quality and resolve issues
• Support product design reviews for quality requirements
