Job summary

NCSL International is seeking a Quality (QA) Technician to support Operations by training inspectors/packers, verifying tool calibration, auditing production lines, and coaching staff on quality standards. The role collaborates with QA and plant leadership to resolve issues and maintain compliance with ISO 9001.

The candidate should be self-motivated, able to manage time effectively, and follow safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a quality control role.
• Strong analytical and math skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with QC tools and techniques such as SPC and RCA.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Train Inspector/Packers per approved program and conduct safety inspections.
• Conduct line QA inspections and coach staff on quality standards.
• Perform daily verification of scales in production areas.
• Collaborate with Production Supervisors to resolve quality issues.
• Manage hold and quarantine processes and document sorting.
• Notify QA Manager/Supervisor of unresolved issues and quarantined products.
• Perform and document audits for warehouse or dock areas.
• Ensure quality standards across all inspection activities.
• Record inspections and test results accurately.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
• All other duties as assigned.
