Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Willingness to obtain Texas General Lines Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Previous insurance sales experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Develop sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.
• Learn the fundamentals of agency operations and business management.
