Isch Insurance Agency is hiring a full-time Protege Insurance Sales Agent with a clear apprenticeship path to agency ownership. You will learn how a Farmers Insurance agency operates from the inside, with coaching to generate leads, quote personal, commercial and life insurance, close sales, and serve clients.
This is a career in insurance sales with earnings potential from day one. The Farmers Protégé Program offers a path toward agency ownership, with bonuses funded by Farmers to help you
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and driven.
- Excellent communication by phone, in person, text and email.
- Resilient: objections become conversations, not barriers.
- Desire to own a business and build from within.
- Willing to get licensed for Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads, provide quotes, and close sales consistently.
- Build relationships by phone, in person, and via text/email.
- Complete online trainings to develop product knowledge and skills.
- Receive 1-on-1 coaching from the agency and group coaching from the Farmers District Office.
