You will craft recommendations, develop go-to-market or operational documents, and guide project teams to address critical business issues.

The role emphasizes leadership across cross-functional teams, enterprise strategy planning, and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategic planning or related work experience.
• 2+ years consulting experience (external or internal).
• Knowledge of health insurance or provider operations is a plus.
• Experience with capability roadmaps, program management, and change management.

Responsabilités

• Identify key business issues and apply analytical frameworks to develop recommendations.
• Manage large strategy projects with internal/external resources.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to training plans.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to align strategic initiatives.
• Develop enterprise strategy documents and support major strategic initiatives.
