U.S. News & World Report is seeking a Product Manager for Insurance to grow our home, renters, and small business insurance experiences. You will translate user needs into feature requirements and contribute to a practical roadmap that balances customer needs with business goals.

You will conduct user research, partner with Tech, Design, Marketing, Editorial and Compliance, and help test ideas quickly. A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of product management experience, preferably in financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in project management and stakeholder management.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Empathetic and user-focused mindset.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Director of Product Management to shape the Insurance roadmap.
• Define and validate feature requirements based on user feedback.
• Collaborate with Tech, Design, Marketing, Editorial, Compliance and other teams.
• Measure and iterate on consumer metrics to improve product success.
• Lead discovery activities and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
