Simply Business is seeking an Insurance Product Manager to bridge complex insurance mechanics and a seamless customer experience. You’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and backlog, balancing regulatory rigor with growth.

You’ll collaborate across Tech, Marketing, Legal to deliver features that offer peace of mind and choice to small businesses, while driving profitable portfolio growth. This role offers a hybrid work model, competitive benefits, and opportunities to influence the strategic direction

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL and data visualization software like Looker and Amplitude to provide clear insights that help us make better decisions for our customers.
• 7+ years in P&C with 5+ years in Product. Have successfully managed state portfolios and a strong understanding of what drives profitable growth.
• Degree in Finance, Economics or Statistics.
• Professional certifications and insurance expertise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Product Vision: you clarify the purpose of our product goals, focusing on peace of mind and choice for small businesses.
• Delivery & Agile: you own the full product lifecycle and lead test-and-learn cycles.
• Compliance: you bridge departments to navigate filings and carrier requirements.
