This Product Manager will be responsible for a subset of our Insurance products and experiences (including home, renters and small business insurance). You will build a deep understanding of the user needs and be responsible for contributing to the product roadmap to serve user needs in a timely manner.

To do this well, you must be an excellent collaborator, communicator, and creative thinker. You must have a ‘get stuff done’ attitude and entrepreneurial mindset.

Are you up to the challenge?

Be a thought partner and collaborator with the Director of Product Management for the Insurance division

Contribute to the creation and management of a strategic roadmap that balances user needs, business goals and company objectives.

Help oversee existing products and define new features and capabilities based upon consumer feedback including validating customer use cases for current and planned offerings.

Be able to identify when there is a need to adjust the solution if it is not meeting the hypothesis and iterate with speed and efficiency.

Help manage multiple streams of discovery and analysis as well as be able to identify when and where it is appropriate to test quickly versus precisely.

Contribute to our user journey through extensive primary user/customer research and secondary market research

Ensure all product requirements are thorough, thought-through, testable, and visually successful.

Help uncover "the why" behind user needs and conduct discovery by gathering data and insights to form a hypothesis of a solution.

Be able to measure results for consumer/customer success metrics (pageviews, clicks, click conversion rate, etc) by working closely with various teams (Tech, Design, Marketing, Editorial, Compliance, etc) to help deliver high quality work.

Have the capability to gain in-depth knowledge on the products and how the product affects adjacent and non-adjacent products.

Collaboratively work with immediate team members to deliver user requirements, foster collaborative opportunities between teams, and constructively take feedback from team members, stakeholders, and leaders.
