Markel Group in the United States is seeking a Product Development Specialist to develop policy forms and endorsements for our insurance products, draft related documents, and research coverage forms for the US Insurance Division.

The role emphasizes compliance with state regulations, collaboration with internal stakeholders, mentorship, and contributing to special projects. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of form development experience; salary range listed and benefits described.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required.
1–3 years in developing insurance coverage forms preferred.
Conceptualize and create insurance forms and endorsements.
Interpret state laws and regulations across the policy life cycle.
Analytical and problem-solving skills evident.
Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal ability.
Project management experience preferred.
Proficient in Excel and Word.
