The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years’ experience in form development, with strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-3 years of experience in developing insurance coverage forms preferred
• Ability to conceptualize and create insurance forms and endorsements
• Ability to interpret state laws and regulations related to the policy life cycle
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal ability
• Project management experience preferred
• Technically proficient in Excel and Word

Responsibilities

• Develop policy forms for new and revised coverages with clear underwriting intent
• Identify and confirm compliance with applicable regulations
• Prepare documentation for filings and State Department of Insurance requests
• Assist, mentor, coach and share knowledge with PRS associates
• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders
• Participate in special projects as requested
