Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a senior professional to support the control environment for the Insurance Product within Business Banking.

You will partner with Product Control, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and other stakeholders to translate regulatory obligations into robust controls that support product delivery and ongoing operations. The role focuses on assessing requirements, mapping them to controls, and designing procedures, reporting, and monitoring to ensure control effectiveness and

Qualifications

8+ years in product controls or related risk/compliance roles.
Ability to translate policy and regulatory requirements into actionable controls with SMEs.
Experience designing controls, documenting procedures, and supporting testing or implementation.

Responsibilities

Assess policy and regulatory requirements with Legal and Compliance and translate guidance into documented control requirements.
Map requirements to controls and draft procedures to support compliance and mapping with clear ownership.
Apply governance standards with Banking partners and incorporate them into the product operating model.
Coordinate control requirements related to third-party oversight, risk assessments, communications, and change management.
Identify product risks across the Insurance Product journey and map dependencies for control coverage.
