Job summary

Farmers Insurance - District 19 is seeking individuals to enter a financially rewarding field of insurance as Insurance Agent Producer. You will be mentored by a top district agent and receive full one-on-one training in sales, customer service, insurance knowledge and marketing techniques.

This role offers base pay plus commission, with licensing support for Property & Casulty and Life & Health licenses, and the chance to build a client base through leads and new business development.

Qualifications

• Able to obtain or currently hold a Property & Casualty license and a Life & Health License.
• Outgoing, confident, and assertive individual.
• Quick Learner and team player.
• Committed to growth.
• Must pass credit and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide quotes, pricing, and other information to prospective and existing clients.
• Ensure all quotes procedures and practices are compliant with Farmers guidelines and procedures.
• Meet new business sales goals by working existing leads, develop new leads and market appropriate products.
