Job summary

Infosys McCamish Systems in Des Moines, IA seeks a Senior Process Associate to be the primary contact for insurance agents, agencies, broker-dealers, and uplines supporting life insurance and annuity business. You will deliver exceptional customer service through inbound call handling, producer support, licensing and commission assistance, Agent Portal support, and contract issuance requirement management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in the described role or similar.
• Excellent service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails from insurance agents, agencies, broker-dealers, and field marketing organizations.
• Provide guidance regarding licensing, appointment, contracting, and commission inquiries.
• Assist agents with Agent Portal access, navigation, password resets, and troubleshooting.
• Explain contract issuance requirements and assist agents in obtaining outstanding documentation.
• Communicate status updates on pending contracts, licensing requests, and commission inquiries.
• Serve as a liaison between agents and internal operational departments.
• Review and advise on producer licensing and appointment requests.
