Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone calls and emails from Americo agents and IMOs.
• Serve as a single point of contact for questions on product knowledge, licensing, contracting, new business, commissions, or underwriting.
• Research agent account information and clearly explain steps, options, and next steps.
• Provide sales support including product information, illustrations, order placement, and application assistance.
• Make proactive outreach calls to agents to strengthen relationships and promote Americo products.
• Document interactions and outcomes in systems and workflows.
