• Bachelor's degree or 1–3 years related experience.
• Iowa Insurance license within 90 days.
• Prior industry experience is preferred.
• Must have one year of related sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound requests to marketers, agents and office staff by telephone and e-mail.
• Provide sales support and case consultation to agents regarding potential sales opportunities.
• Maintain and update agent information and activity in company database.
• Assist agents throughout the sales cycle until they are paid including help with licensing, contracting and new business assistance.
• Maintain contact with agents/staff through outbound follow up calls on product quotes, illustrations, and materials provided.
• May assist with outbound calls to promote Brokers International’s value proposition.
