Job summary

Integrity is seeking a Sales Support Consultant in Des Moines, IA, to support our downline agencies and their agents. You will provide education, product knowledge, and sales positioning, guiding brokers through illustrations and the sales process from design to application.

Responsibilities include handling calls and emails, assisting with licensing, contracting, and new business; maintaining agent data; and following up on quotes and materials to promote value propositions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related experience with carriers and agents.
• 1+ years in related line of business.
• Knowledge of advanced case design and sales concepts.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or 3–5 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound sales requests to existing agents and staff by telephone and e-mail; provide sales support and case consultation.
• Assist agents throughout the sales cycle until they are paid, including licensing, contracting and new business assistance.
• Maintain contact with agents/staff through outbound follow-up calls on quotes, illustrations, and materials.
• Identify and resolve potential pre-sale concerns and escalations.
