Your work includes generating new business, advising clients on coverage needs, selling Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies, and maintaining strong relationships while driving toward personal sales goals. Training and leadership opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience or demonstrated ability to consistently meet goals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence making outbound calls and closing deals.
• Willingness to learn and apply coaching.
• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies.
• Consult with customers to assess insurance needs and recommend coverage.
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing communication and policy reviews.
• Work toward and achieve individual sales goals while contributing to agency growth.
• Stay informed about products, services, and compliance requirements.
• Use CRM tools to manage leads, track follow-ups, and monitor renewals.
• Participate in team meetings, sales training, and strategy sessions.
