Integrity Insurance Agency LLC is seeking a Customer Service and Sales Representative for our Independent Insurance Agency in Southfield, MI. We offer a base salary plus commissions, a health care stipend, and a retirement plan, with warm leads provided.

The role pays $17/hr to $21/hr base, with potential higher pay for a book of business, and a $1,000 signing bonus. High earning potential is possible in year one.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan Property & Casualty License (Life & Health Insurance Producer License helpful)
• Prior experience in insurance sales and customer service required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Proficiency with computer systems and insurance agency management software
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and maintain client relationships to generate new insurance business
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options
• Process policy applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
• Support clients through the claims process and serve as a liaison with insurance carriers
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation within agency management systems
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to overall agency growth
