Responsibilities

Build and leverage a strong local network and in-person relationships in the community. Represent Comparion Insurance Agency and connect community members with insurance solutions to meet their needs, including Auto, Home, and Life products from top carriers. Maintain in-office presence as required.

Qualifications
  • Preferred Experience: Previous employment in a sales role where prospects are turned into customers
  • License: A state insurance license—or willingness to earn one with training and support—in Property & Casualty, and Life
  • Required Skills: Effective written and oral communication, strong persuasion and negotiation, interpersonal relationship-building, time management and organizational skills, ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines, and ability to grow leads and customer base
