Job summary

Integrity Insurance Agency LLC in Southfield, MI is seeking a Customer Service and Sales Representative for our independent agency. You will prospect, develop and maintain client relationships, assess needs, and process applications with accuracy.

This role combines base salary and commission, a health care stipend and a retirement plan. Warm leads provided, with a $1,000 signing bonus and potential to earn $40,000–$60,000 in the first year.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan Property & Casualty License is required; Life & Health license helpful.
• Prior insurance sales and customer service experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and maintain client relationships to generate new insurance business
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options
• Process policy applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
• Support clients through the claims process and liaison with carriers
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in agency systems
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to agency growth
