The successful candidate will educate customers, review accounts, and pursue new business through referrals, cold calling, and networking, aiming for long-term relationships and growth within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Current Property & Casualty Insurance License or willingness to obtain within 6 months
• 0-2 years: Insurance Experience
• 2-4 years: Insurance Sales Experience

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Internal/External Sales – Personal lines, small commercial/farm lines
• Develop a prospect client base and market insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business
• Educate customers utilizing a customer focus needs-based process
• Review existing customer accounts
• Maintain a strong and positive work ethic and total commitment to success daily
• Participate in educational opportunities to stay informed of industry developments
