Essential duties include providing prompt service, leveraging technology, maintaining the agency management system, and contributing to overall agency performance. A valid P&C license or the willingness to obtain within 90 days is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Insurance or other business-related field.
• Current Property & Casualty Insurance License, or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Commitment to professional and ethical behavior.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in communication.
• Demonstrated tact, diplomacy, and professionalism with customers and coworkers.
• Excellent customer service is highly valued.
• Self-starter with motivation to excel.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in work.
• Willingness to learn various software applications used in this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
