Job summary

Dacotah Bank Insurance is seeking an individual to enhance customer relationships and build trust with an outgoing personality. A team player that will help achieve the goals of Dacotah Insurance through sales, service, and relationship building.

This on-site full-time role requires 2+ years insurance experience, active Property & Casualty license, and strong communication skills. You will assist customers with policy changes, conduct reviews, and support the agency team to meet performance

Qualifications

• 2+ years insurance experience
• Current Property & Casualty Insurance license
• Life & Health Insurance license preferred
• A commitment to professional and ethical behavior
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to use tact, diplomacy, and professionalism when dealing with customers and co-workers
• High importance placed on excellent customer service
• A self-starter, one who is highly motivated
• Detail-oriented, thorough with a focus on accuracy
• Analytical, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong interpersonal and Relationship Skills
• Aptitude and willingness to learn various software applications relevant to this position

• Participate in educational opportunities to stay informed of industry developments
