• High school education or its equivalent is preferred.
• Six months to one year of office experience in a related field.
• Ability to operate calculators and CRT terminals.
• Strong mathematical, penmanship and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Rates and/or codes new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations and performs other policyholder service functions.
• Enters business on CRT accurately.
• Maintains policy files in proper order.
• Communicates by phone or letter with agents and company departments.
• Interprets and applies verbal/written instructions, manuals and rates.
• Prepares requests for reports from information or service bureaus.
• Assists with other duties within the department or elsewhere on request.
