Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements per guidelines.
• Review documentation for accuracy before submission or issuance.
• Maintain policy records and documentation in system databases.
• Respond to inquiries from agents, brokers, and internal teams regarding policy status or requirements.
• Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to ensure servicing aligns with underwriting intent.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and correspondence related to policy servicing.
• Ensure adherence to company policy, regulatory requirements and SLAs.
