This role supports timely processing of Final Expense, Ancillary, and Medicare Supplement policies by following established procedures and collaborating with underwriting, fulfillment, and data entry teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in administrative processing, data entry, or production based work environment.
• 6+ months experience reviewing applications and documenting errors, or performing general Quality Audits.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems to complete daily tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review new insurance applications for accuracy and completeness
• Process and issue policies according to established guidelines
• Identify and document errors or missing information
• Work with underwriting, fulfillment, and data entry teams to resolve issues
• Escalate customer concerns/issues to leadership for resolution when appropriate.
• Meet daily quality and turnaround time expectations
