Qualifications

• 6+ months reviewing applications or performing general Quality Audits.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems to complete daily tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review new insurance applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Process and issue policies according to established guidelines.
• Identify and document errors or missing information.
• Work with underwriting, fulfillment, and data entry teams to resolve issues.
• Escalate customer concerns/issues to leadership for resolution when appropriate.
• Meet daily quality and turnaround time expectations.
