Job summary

Ameritas is seeking a Life Insurance Policy Processing professional to own end-to-end processing from application intake to final delivery. This hybrid role combines in-office work in Cincinnati, OH or Lincoln, NE with remote work.

You will handle inquiries, maintain accuracy, and collaborate with Compliance to resolve complex cases while staying updated on product education and training. Prior experience in life insurance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency is desired.
• Experience in life insurance is preferred.
• 2 years or less related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process new Life Insurance policies from application to issue.
• Answer customer inquiries with empathy and patience.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain accuracy, turnaround time, and quality of service.
• Reconcile accounts using relevant systems.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance on complex cases.
