Job summary

Allied Solutions, LLC is seeking an Insurance Processor to interpret and accurately process insurance documents into our tracking system for multiple financial-institution clients. The role supports a busy, collaborative team, with focus on quality, turnaround, and compliance with procedures.

You will handle document processing, data entry, and workflow support in a fast-paced office setting, requiring attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimal prior work experience (less than 12 months) is acceptable.
• Experience with data entry and insurance processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document processing (85%): analyze and enter auto, property and casualty insurance documents into Allied’s tracking system with attention to detail.
• Process matching program to apply insurance to loan records following procedures and rules.
• Handle high daily volume of insurance documents and invoices inputting information into the tracking system.
• Follow workflow and department procedures; adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
