Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 6+ years in consulting, insurance, or enterprise transformation.
• 8+ years in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance preferred.
• Experience leading large transformation programs with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements and multidisciplinary teams for life, annuity, and group insurance transformation.
• Provide governance, strategy, and delivery oversight across programs and workstreams.
• Coordinate multi-vendor delivery and ensure alignment with architecture and compliance.
• Drive business outcomes through transformation roadmaps and stakeholder engagement.
