Pronto Insurance is seeking an Insurance Agency Manager in Texas to lead sales efforts and manage daily agency operations. The role requires coordinating marketing initiatives, reviewing performance metrics, and building strong relationships with clients and brokers.

The position offers full-time hours with training provided, licensing support, and opportunities for commissions and incentives within a growing network of agencies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service and sales experience is highly preferred.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) required for certain locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products and services through established channels within your assigned territory.
• Review daily engagement metrics to hit performance targets.
• Execute daily grassroots marketing to build brand awareness and generate sales leads.
• Conduct daily follow-up calls utilizing leads from marketing events.
• Establish and maintain strong business relationships to drive local marketing activities.
• Create and coordinate localized agency campaigns to drive revenue.
• Maintain client relationships, follow up on quotes and renewals.
• Ensure all carrier underwriting guidelines are followed when binding business.
• Manage daily financial tasks including deposits and balancing cash.
• Coordinate agent and broker activities including meetings and training.
• Establish monthly and quarterly sales goals with District Manager.
• Monitor payments and lead follow-up to company standards.
