Job summary

SGS Consulting in Columbus, OH is seeking a detail-oriented associate to follow SOPs, perform log checks, process documents, and handle inbound/outbound calls with insurance carriers. Initial tasks are basic, with growth to more complex duties in a multi-client environment.

You will research items from faxes and reports, support SLA compliance, and use client applications to resolve issues efficiently, under supervision, delivering solid technical knowledge and quality performance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SOPs and standard operating procedures.
• Experience with data entry and document processing.
• Ability to log and process checks accurately.
• Experience managing CLEAR queues and prioritizing workload.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with insurance carriers.
• Experience with client relationship management and SLA adherence.

Responsibilities

• Follow client SOPs and procedures.
• Perform logging checks, document processing, and queue management.
• Place outbound calls and receive inbound calls from insurance carriers.
• Provide backup to meet client requirements and SLAs.
• Research items via faxes, reports, and refunds/returns.
• Work under supervision as tasks evolve in complexity.
