Job summary

SeibertKeck Insurance Partners seeks a Client Support Specialist in Commercial Lines to support the account management team with policy servicing, endorsements, renewals, and client communications.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage a high-volume workload across carrier portals and AMS360/ImageRight. Ohio P&C license is required; hybrid, full-time position with offices in Ohio region.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of Commercial Lines P&C insurance experience.
• Active Ohio Property & Casualty license required.

Responsibilities

• Process policy audits and refer to CAM as applicable.
• Review endorsements and policy changes for accuracy.
• Prepare endorsement summaries and supporting documents.
• Assist Account Managers with pre-renewal marketing activities.
• Process renewal policies for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare renewal certificates of insurance.
• Update policy, billing, commissions, and codes in agency systems.
• Process invoices related to endorsements and audits.
• Organize electronic documents from carrier sites into ImageRight.
• Assist in developing initial client proposals for review by the CAM.
• Navigate carrier websites for renewals, endorsements, and invoices.
• Maintain accurate client records per agency standards.
