The internship offers a full‑time, 11‑week summer program (37.5 hours/week, Mon-Fri) with on-site work and flexible start times between 7 a.m.‑9 a.m., plus opportunities to engage in process improvements and cross‑team

Qualifications

• Student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of certificate administration including application submission, underwriting, and claims.
• Collaborate with operations team on process improvement initiatives and projects.
• Research, review and follow up on files and reports.
