Job summary

Modern Woodmen in Rock Island, IL is seeking a Marketing and Communications Intern for a 11-week summer program. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting social media, internal communications, website updates, asset organization, marketing analytics, and special projects that tell our story.

This full-time internship (37.5 hours/week, Mon-Fri, start between 7 a.m. - 9 a.m.) is on-site. Pay is $20.00 per hour, with mentoring and opportunities to learn about the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with content creation for social media and internal communications.
• Maintaining and organizing digital assets and archives.
• Supporting website updates and design projects.
• Tracking marketing metrics and analytics.
• Helping to manage workflow and project management systems.
• Contributing to special projects such as digital asset management transitions, Viva Engage adoptions, and content resource organization.
