Job summary

You will work closely with experienced HR professionals on meaningful projects, mentorship, and exposure to multiple HR disciplines, while supporting initiatives for employees, leaders, and organizational goals. The role emphasizes collaboration, confidentiality, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking.
• Support onboarding and orientation activities for new employees.
• Collaborate with HR team members on process improvement initiatives and special projects.
• Gain exposure to a variety of HR disciplines through meetings, events, and cross‑functional partnerships.
• Conduct research on HR trends and best practices.
