Job summary

Oxford Life Insurance Company is seeking an Operations Business Analyst to join the project team in Phoenix, AZ, with possibility to work from home as needed. The role reports to Operations management and supports the transformation of business administration tools.

The position involves gathering requirements, documenting processes, creating training materials, and coordinating testing with business units.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
3+ years of Business Analyst experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements from project stakeholders for business processes and/or system(s) under review.
Analyze and understand business and system requirements. Design training and reference materials for operations departments.
Document and distribute meeting minutes, workflows, and other documentation to support projects; revise materials as necessary.
Attend vendor training sessions; work with IT to ensure system integrations improve customer experience.
Work with stakeholders to create use cases; explain use cases to the vendor.
Coordinate and facilitate testing plans with business units.
