Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participating in the design of large-scale strategic projects that impact underwriting lines of business.
• Maintaining an ongoing understanding of assigned underwriting partners' goals, priorities, concerns, and daily processes.
• Conducting process identification, documentation, and suggesting operational improvements.
• Participating in and coordinating the User Acceptance Testing phase for system updates that impact assigned underwriting lines of business.
• Running regular check-ins with assigned underwriting partners to communicate statuses and confirm priorities.
• Supporting the efficiency of proprietary internal systems through intake of issues, clarifications, and change requests.
• Using BI platforms to review underwriting KPI's and data integrity.
• Evaluating project requests in terms of underwriting goals, business goals, and objectives.
• Providing backup analyst coverage for other underwriting lines of business as needed.
