Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking a Supervisor for Insurance Onboarding & Licensing Operations to lead onboarding, licensing and compliance across revenue enablement. You will coordinate with stakeholders to ensure hires are compliant and ready to perform, while driving process improvements.

The role oversees licensing execution and metrics, mentors staff, and partners with HR, training, and operations to support scalable onboarding and licensing programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• 5 years of experience in insurance operations, onboarding, licensing, compliance.
• 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Active insurance producer license, or ability to obtain within established timeframe may be required.
• Knowledge of state insurance licensing requirements, regulatory standards, and compliance controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and licensing from offer to production readiness, coordinating steps with stakeholders.
• Administer compliance controls to ensure licensed agents are permitted to sell.
• Lead process standardization to improve cycle time and reduce risk.
• Collaborate with HR, training, QA, and operations to align processes and resolve issues.
• Monitor metrics like time-to-productivity and licensing timelines, providing insights to leadership.
