Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management.
• 4-6 years Insurance sales/operations.
• 1-3 years Supervisory experience preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of insurance regulations, practices, procedures, regulatory and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to delegate and oversee projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of sales operations functions and analysts, including sales reporting, budgeting, ad-hoc analysis, incentive calculations, compliance and other projects.
• Develop and maintain dashboards/reports to track sales performance and KPIs for executives and management.
• Calculate compensation for sales agents and management on incentive/commission plans and analyze results.
• Budgeting, reconciliation, forecasting, cost/benefit analyses and goal setting for the business unit.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to implement sales strategies and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with legal/regulatory requirements; conduct licensing and file audits as needed.
• Plan and facilitate business unit events, trainings, and off-site support.
